Our Fitness Program

Classes start the week of January 9, 2012!

DROP-IN basis - NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
$7.00/hour class

Multi Class Special

Purchase 10 classes for $50!

Available for ages 16 and up!
Remember to bring your own mat.
Entry into class is on a first come first serve basis.  Be sure to arrive early to get a spot!

Pilates

Tuesday's 7:00-8:00pm and Friday's* 9:00-10:00am

Pilates for all Fitness Levels: A 'no impact' mat class that will strengthen and lengthen the muscles, increase heart rate, and improve posture. An all round exercise class including light weights and therabands that will leave you feeling invigorated.

*Child care is available at a small cost for the Friday morning classes. This will be on a first-come-first-served basis, so please contact Tina to reserve your spot. 

Zumba

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm and Thursdays* 5:30-6:30pm

If you've never tried a Zumba class before, don't wait any longer! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness class. What better way to get your workout in than to dance! Come join the party-we guarantee you'll be hooked.  (mats not needed for this class)

*Thursdays will be a FREE 6-week intensive that will run from January 26 - March 1. Come work out with some new instructors as they start their Zumba journey.
