Remember to bring your own mat.
Entry into class is on a first come first serve basis.  Be sure to arrive early to get a spot!

Pilates

Tuesday's 7:15-8:15pm and Friday's 9:00-10:00am

Pilates for all Fitness Levels: A 'no impact' mat class that will strengthen and lengthen the muscles, increase heart rate, and improve posture. An all round exercise class including light weights and therabands that will leave you feeling invigorated.

Zumba

Tuesday's 6:15-7:15pm

If you've never tried a Zumba class before, don't wait any longer! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness class. What better way to get your workout in than to dance! Come join the party-we guarantee you'll be hooked

(Zumba and Cardio Blast will alternate - even numbered days will be Zumba and Cardio Blast will be odd numbered)

Cardio Blast

Tuesday's 6:15-7:15pm

Cardio Burst is a cardiovascular workout that improves coordination, muscle strength and mobility. It also improves your physiological and functional capacities, promoting general well-being. Cardio Burst classes provide a whole host of health benefits: it burns calories; reduces the risk of cardiac diseases by lowering blood pressure and slowing down atherosclerotic processes; improves aerobic fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility and mobility; improves muscular strength, posture and body performance in all age groups; reduces stress and increases self-esteem by helping with weight management.

(Zumba and Cardio Blast will alternate - even numbered days will be Zumba and Cardio Blast will be odd numbered)
